Lovescape: who runs it and what its rules say

Lovescape is run by Warmtech Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, and it is for adults only. We do not call it safe or unsafe. This page lists what can be checked in Lovescape's own documents: the operator, the legal texts and their dates, payments, age checks, uploads, real people and your data. Where two of those documents disagree, both are shown with their dates.

02Age: the 18+ rule and how it is checked

The Terms require users to be at least 18 years old. Visitors confirm this on a click-through screen when the site opens, and sign-up asks for a declaration of age, as the Content Moderation Policy describes lovescape.com/content-moderation-policyOct 1, 2026.

For the UK, Lovescape announced an age check for NSFW features on December 2, 2025. The announcement reads: Safe-for-work content stays accessible to everyone, but NSFW features will now require a fast age check. It gives UK law as the reason, and the site's public settings have age verification switched on. For Germany we found no statement, and we could not try the flow from a German connection because our readings came from the Netherlands Lovescape blog, Dec 2, 2025Oct 1, 2026 not verified.

On minors, section 9.4 of the Terms sets zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and says such material is reported to law enforcement. A safety post from July 8, 2026 adds that every generated image or video passes an age classifier, that child-like styles in anime art count as prohibited, and that each chat carries a fixed rule against a character ever appearing underage Lovescape blog, Jul 8, 2026Oct 1, 2026.

03Uploading images: three documents, three rules

Whether you may upload your own pictures depends on which Lovescape document you read.

Terms of Service, section 5.4

Users may only upload an avatar photo, which will undergo content moderation and will strictly be used for the purpose of displaying a profile picture.

Content Moderation Policy (no date shown)

users do not have the capability to upload their own photos, videos, or audio files to communicate with AI characters

Home page

Upload only images you created, own or have explicit permission to use.

The quoted line sits in the moderation policy's section on private chats. A separate clause, “Pro User Uploads”, allows uploads for Pro subscribers after an identity check, a confirmation that they hold the rights, and human review before anything is published. We have no account, so we do not know which rule the product applies today. The undated policy and the home page carry the day we read them.

04A home-page line that has since gone

On August 30, 2026 the home page described a “remix” feature. A note at the top of most of Lovescape's blog posts reads differently. On October 1, 2026 the remix line was no longer on the home page.

Home page (line since removed)

a “remix” feature-upload your own photo or a previously generated image and transform it into a new style, outfit, setting, or even face.

Lovescape blog, note at the top of posts

Everything is AI-generated fantasy: no photo uploads, no real people, no deepfakes.

The home page now says permission is needed before using another person's likeness lovescape.comOct 1, 2026. We record the change; we do not know when or why the line was removed.

05Real people: three wordings

All three texts restrict real people, but they draw the line in different places.

Terms of Service, section 11.1

we strictly prohibit the creation of Companions that closely resemble any real-world celebrities and/or other public figures.

Help center, Moderation & Ethics Policy

Real People Without Consent - Use of identifiable real individuals without verified permission

Lovescape blog, safety post: prohibited in every generation

Real people — celebrities, politicians, or any identifiable individual — and copyrighted characters.

The Terms name celebrities and public figures; the help center prohibits real people where there is no verified permission; the July post blocks any identifiable person. We do not say which applies.

06Moderation and reports

The safety post from July 8, 2026 describes 3 layers: rules built into every prompt, a check of each request before anything is generated, and an inspection of every finished image or video Lovescape blog, Jul 8, 2026Oct 1, 2026. The Content Moderation Policy adds the human side lovescape.com/content-moderation-policyOct 1, 2026:

  • After 3 attempts to break the rules, a case goes to a moderator.
  • Content published openly is reviewed by a moderation team within 24 hours.
  • Whoever reports content gets a confirmation email and, within 7 business days, a second one with the outcome.

The blog post of January 15, 2026 gives a different target: standard reports resolved within 24-48 hours Lovescape blog, Jan 15, 2026Oct 1, 2026. Reports go through a “Report” button or to [email protected]; copyright notices can also go to Lovescape's agent, DMCA Now LLC lovescape.com/termsOct 1, 2026.

07Public or private by default?

The Privacy Policy and the newer help and blog texts describe the default differently.

Privacy Policy, section 10

all information directly provided on the Website when they create an account is public and can be viewed by all other Users of the Website, unless otherwise stated.

Help center, privacy section

Characters you create are private by default

Lovescape blog, Feature Friday

Every new custom character is now private unless you decide otherwise.

The Privacy Policy speaks of the information you give when you open an account; the help center and the July post speak of characters, and the help center adds that all conversations are private. The July post presents private characters as a new default, which the help center, last edited in June, already described.

08Your data and your content

The Privacy Policy names Warmtech Ltd as responsible for your personal data, describes the rights of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and adds a notice for California residents lovescape.com/privacyOct 1, 2026.

  • Selling data: we have never sold and will never sell your personal data to third parties, it says.
  • How long data is kept: no fixed period; as long as its purposes require, and longer where legal, regulatory or technical reasons stop deletion. Requests go to [email protected], with an answer aimed for within 1 month lovescape.com/privacyOct 1, 2026.
  • After deleting an account: the blog says some data may stay in encrypted backups for a limited period that financial rules require; details on the cancel page.

Content you create stays yours, but section 7.2 of the Terms gives Lovescape a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to run and improve the service. Under section 7.3, anything you make public may also be used for marketing and advertising without asking you again lovescape.com/termsOct 1, 2026.
