Cancelling Lovescape: renewals, refunds and your statement

A subscription renews by itself when its term ends, unless you stop it through your account, and the new term has the same length as the old one: a 12-month plan renews for another 12 months lovescape.com/termsOct 1, 2026. Once you cancel, the plan keeps running until the paid term is over, and it does not renew after that. Section 3.9 adds a rule for the month you are in: The current month’s subscription is considered provided and cannot be cancelled lovescape.com/termsOct 1, 2026. A paragraph on card payments in section 3.7 repeats it: only the months after the current one are cancelled.

No document lists the exact clicks, and without an account we could not follow them not verified.

lovescape.com loads the wording of its interface for every visitor, including screens only subscribers see. We read those lines but have not seen the screens, so we do not know their order or whether every account gets all of them lovescape.com interface textOct 1, 2026 limited check.

• The account settings show a renewal date (“Renews on …”) and a Cancel plan button.
• A confirmation screen lists what you would lose: the monthly chips, creating new characters and chatting with characters.
• A short survey asks why you are leaving. Other lines offer a discounted 3-month or yearly plan, with a Decline offer button.
• A Proceed to cancel button, and a message that auto-renewal is cancelled, naming the day the plan ends.
• Monthly chip subscriptions have their own cancel screen; its confirmation says you keep your chips until the paid period ends.
• Removing a saved card is not cancelling: Deleting this payment method won't cancel your subscription — your next payment will still be charged on schedule.

Section 4.1 of the Terms rules out a refund if Lovescape ends your access for breaking the Terms. For every other case it refers to additional rules, terms, conditions or agreements posted on the Website and/or imposed by any sales agent or payment processing company lovescape.com/termsOct 1, 2026.

We could not find those rules. /refund-policy opens a “page not found” message, the sitemap has no refund page lovescape.com/sitemap.xmlOct 1, 2026, and none of the 11 help-center articles covers refunds or cancelling steps help.lovescape.comOct 1, 2026. Three refund rules are written out:

• Chips: no refund for any chip purchase, says the help center help.lovescape.comOct 1, 2026.
• Deleted media: deleting an image or video does not return the chips spent on it, says the delete warning in the interface lovescape.com interface textOct 1, 2026 limited check.
• Lifetime plans: section 3.6, which speaks of a lifetime subscription for “Pro or Premium” and does not name Ultra, rules out refunds if the service is discontinued, except where the law requires one, and defines “lifetime” as the time the service stays commercially available lovescape.com/termsOct 1, 2026.

Whether Lovescape grants refunds in practice, for example after a renewal you did not mean to keep, we could not check not verified.

• A clause on a 14-day right of withdrawal.
• A refund policy beyond the cases listed above, or the steps for cancelling.
• Whether a renewal is charged at your original price; section 3.4 only says prices may change. On October 1, 2026 the 12-month Premium plan was charged as $95.88 at once (all terms on the prices page).
